Terms of Services

The “Commissions Terms of Service”, are the terms and conditions compiled below for the safe and secure trading between RJ Clients during services. It is my responsibility to make you aware of these terms and conditions in every transaction conducted under my name, which includes all of my commissions using Discord

❚ (1) All Sales are final, there's no refund.
❚ (2) Payments will be sent whether I have been removed or not.
❚ (3) I'm allowed to work on similar projects.
❚ (4) Payments will be made by G&S or by email which I will provide, a description you need to write down in the payment info box.
❚ (5) When I'm working for you it does not give you the right to disrespect me or be rude to me.
❚ (6) If I find that your staff is disrespectful/interrupting me, I'm allowed to cut contact with said staff & Only report back to the owner.
❚ (7) If the delay is caused by you or a third party which is beyond my control and restricts me from completing the order, you are not entitled to a refund.
❚ (8) Timeframe estimations are only estimates and do not guarantee exact delivery times. I am not liable for delays that can occur on a project.
❚ (9) If given a deadline by the client, I'll try my best to adhere. If I provide a deadline, it will be delivered by then.
❚ (10) Unsolicited chargebacks or disputes are strictly not allowed, if they are made then I will be reporting you.
❚ (11) I'm allowed to use server artwork such as a logo or banner for my portfolio unless mutually agreed otherwise.
❚ (12) User will not be receiving resource sell rights (If it's a market product)
❚ (13) Any setup or design I make for a server should not be re-sell without explicit permission to do so.
❚ (14) If anything is broken (Configuration, Plugin) by your own fault, I will not be entitled to fix such an issue.
❚ (15) Changing the original deal and adding new features will result in extra costs.
❚ (16) Once your order is marked as completed, You have 1 & Half weeks to report any changes or bug fixes.
❚ (17) Opening a dispute/chargeback will result in getting the files used however I like them to be.
❚ (18) I'm allowed to use the same format or message layout.
❚ (19) I would not be teaching you the way or how I work.
❚ (20) I am not entitled to keep a backup of your server and will not be left liable for any lost files after the work is completed.
❚ (21) Removing the watermark without my permission is not allowed. (Watermarks are stated above the configuration file).
❚ (22) I'm allowed to mark your order as completed and move on If you failed to message or respond within 3 weeks
❚ (23) All of my services must have the full invoice paid in advance (the full amount must be paid).
❚ (( There is an option to pay 50% at the beginning and the remaining 50% when 50% of the work is completed ))
❚ (24) I'm allowed to change my T.O.S. without notifying my customers.
❚ (25) You are asked to confirm that you have read these Commissions ToS before the start of the commission's process.
